How is EBO Max’s AI different from EBO Air 2 Plus?

EBO Max features multimodal AI, which means it can process and combine different types of input—such as vision, audio, and context. This allows it to recognize faces, understand voice commands, make context-aware decisions, and learn your habits over time for a more personalized experience.

EBO Air 2 Plus uses reactive AI, which responds only to your current inputs and does not have memory. And it doesn’t support voice wake-up.

Does the AI respond to voice commands to wake up?

Yes! Simply say “EBO EBO” within 3–5 meters. It will recognize your voice, turn toward you, and respond.

Can I control it while I’m in another country?

Yes. As long as your phone has a stable internet connection and the robot is connected to the internet, you can control it through the app. However, there may be some lag due to long-distance network connections. The farther away you control the robot from, the stronger and more stable the robot’s network connection needs to be.

Is my privacy safe when using EBO Max?

Your privacy is our top priority. EBO streams live video through a real-time peer-to-peer network connection. Recordings and other data are stored locally on the robot’s memory card. As long as your phone and memory card remain secure, your data stays private.

Our robots also use encryption protocols such as TLS and AES to protect audio and video during transmission, and we comply with data privacy regulations in multiple regions worldwide.

For added security, please be cautious when inviting members in the app, and always confirm their identity before granting access.
